Welcome to the first class of your Journey as a Sacred and Healing Singer and Medicine Musician!

Please try to have 30 minutes in a quiet environment to be able to take the most out of this lesson and to have the time and space to sing with me and try to get to feel a first moment of Connection and Intention Channeling.

But if you feel you don't have that time, you can also put your headphones and take the class while doing other activities, and 'sing inside your mind' trying to at least get out for a moment of the verbal thinking and the constant internal dialog.
